Your measurements
We don't store your calculations. Everything you type stays in your browser and in the page address (the part after #), which browsers do not send to our server. When you copy a link or scan a QR code, the measurements travel inside that link only.
Settings saved on your device
Two preferences are saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers them: your text size (A / A+ / A++) and whether you prefer the Quick or Detailed view. They never leave your device, and clearing your browser data removes them.
Analytics and advertising
We don't currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If we add them, we will update this page before they go live and describe what is collected and how to opt out.
Server logs
Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) for security and reliability. We don't use them to identify visitors.
If you email us, we use your address only to reply and don't add it to any list.
